Ghost jobs — postings that are stale, already filled, or never real — waste job seekers' time everywhere. This page is our live, honest measure of the opposite: postings that are verified, fresh, and from companies actually hiring.

Every figure is computed from the full lifecycle of postings on companies' official job boards (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, SmartRecruiters, Workable, BambooHR) — never an aggregator or a scrape. Any posting whose company-stated date passes 30 days is dropped automatically, we log every closure to measure which employers truly fill roles, we sample random listings daily and re-check them against the companies' own systems, and every posting is re-checked live the moment you click Apply. Where a company states no date at all we can't judge the posting old, so we keep it and show no age rather than guess one.
