You won't spend your day moving from exam room to exam room. You won't be tied to a rigid clinic schedule. Average NP earnings are approximately $154,000 annually , based on additional visit incentives and productivity. THE ROLE As a Mobile Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive primary care to patients in their homes and through telehealth visits. You'll manage patients across the continuum of care while developing long-term relationships with individuals and families. WHAT YOU'LL DO Perform comprehensive in-home health assessments Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions Develop individualized treatment and care plans Order, review, and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing Prescribe medications and monitor treatment effectiveness Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and preventive care Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, home health agencies, and interdisciplinary teams Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical record documentation Support preventive care and population health initiatives Build trusted, long-term relationships with patients and caregivers WHAT YOU BRING Required: Master's Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program Active Florida APRN License National Board Certification as: Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP) Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP) Current DEA Registration or ability to obtain Current Professional Liability Insurance Valid Florida Driver's License Reliable transportation Preferred Experience: Primary Care Internal Medicine Family Practice Home Health Mobile Medical Geriatrics Value-Based Care Post-Acute Care Chronic disease management YOU MAY BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU...
