ABOUT THE ROLE
Join the sales team at a seed-stage AI customer communications company. You'll run high-volume inbound demos for an AI phone assistant, manage deals from first contact through close, and help improve the sales process as the business grows.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Run 8 to 16 qualified inbound discovery and product demo calls each day, with no cold outreach.
- Own the sales cycle from initial contact through closing and work toward monthly and quarterly targets.
- Manage warm leads, follow up promptly, and keep CRM records and pipeline information up to date.
- Coordinate smooth handovers to Customer Success after deals close.
- Share customer feedback with Marketing and contribute to sales forecasting.
- Work with teammates to improve the sales process.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least one year of B2B SaaS sales experience, including end-to-end deal closing; startup or scale-up experience is a plus.
- A track record of closing deals through a structured sales funnel and experience with high-volume inbound demos.
- Strong product and technical understanding for a technology-enabled sales process.
- Native-level German and confidence leading phone conversations and product demos.
- Comfort owning quota, managing leads and follow-ups, maintaining CRM hygiene, and collaborating with Marketing and Customer Success.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Competitive OTE of €70,000 to €120,000 annually, with a base salary and uncapped commission. Visa sponsorship is not available.
LOCATION
On-site in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain. Hybrid work is possible.
