ABOUT THE ROLE
Own go-to-market for the UK market at an early-stage AI voice software company. You will build pipeline, close deals, and grow the initial team while working closely with the founding team to shape market strategy and product direction.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build pipeline from scratch through outbound prospecting and network development.
- Run full-cycle sales, from first contact through contract signature and deployment.
- Win key customers and establish the company's presence in the UK.
- Hire, onboard, and lead the first UK team members as the business grows.
- Develop a repeatable playbook for UK market expansion with the founding team.
- Share structured customer and market insights with product, marketing, and strategy teams.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 4 years of experience in fast-paced environments such as startups, technology sales, or consulting.
- Experience carrying a sales quota, generating outbound pipeline independently, and closing deals end to end.
- Strong buyer relationship skills and experience managing full-cycle sales, including enterprise sales.
- Experience hiring, onboarding, and leading team members, with an interest in building a team.
- Native or near-native English fluency.
- Experience in B2C software or SaaS is useful; exposure to AI or voice technology is a plus.

LOCATION
Hybrid arrangement. Spend the first 2 to 3 months in Berlin, Germany, working on-site 5 days per week, then relocate to London, United Kingdom.
