ABOUT THE ROLE
Join an early sales team at an AI voice software company, owning mid-market or enterprise deals from discovery through signature. You will help build and scale the sales approach while driving new revenue from organizations with 500 to 10,000 or more employees.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage the full sales cycle, including discovery, demos, business cases, security reviews, procurement, legal, negotiation, and contract signature.
- Build pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting, with support from a business development team.
- Develop champions and navigate buying committees across sales, operations, customer experience, IT, security, legal, procurement, finance, and executive leadership.
- Own quota, forecast accuracy, pipeline coverage, and new annual recurring revenue.
- Help shape qualification, executive engagement, multi-threading, and pricing practices, and share customer insights with product and marketing teams.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- For mid-market roles, at least 1 year closing mid-market deals; for senior or enterprise roles, at least 3 years closing complex, high-value deals with senior and C-suite buyers.
- Experience owning quota, closing deals end-to-end, and generating pipeline through outbound prospecting.
- Strong relationship-building, executive communication, account strategy, business case development, and negotiation skills.
- Business-level fluency in German and English.
- Experience selling software or SaaS to mid-market or enterprise organizations; AI, voice technology, conversational AI, or customer-facing technology experience is relevant.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Annual on-target earnings range from €130,000 to €180,000, depending on level and segment. Mid-market AE roles offer €130,000 to €160,000 OTE, and Senior AE mid-market roles offer €160,000 to €180,000 OTE. Enterprise compensation is comparable or higher. Visa sponsorship is not available; local work authorization is required.
LOCATION
On-site, five days per week in Berlin, Germany.
