ABOUT THE ROLE
As Workplace and People Operations Manager, you will keep the Berlin office running smoothly and support a thoughtful employee experience as the team grows. This hands-on role combines office operations, employee lifecycle support, culture initiatives, and workflow automation.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, equipment, procurement, inventory, and workspace organization.
- Own employee onboarding and offboarding, coordinating hardware, access, and workspace readiness.
- Design and run culture initiatives and internal events that help keep the team connected.
- Build automations for workplace and people operations workflows using AI and no-code tools.
- Respond to ad hoc needs and improve processes to reduce repetitive work.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 2 years of experience in workplace operations, office operations, or people operations, ideally in a startup.
- Experience building and implementing processes for onboarding, offboarding, and office management.
- Hands-on experience managing office supplies, equipment procurement, and inventory.
- Experience owning the employee lifecycle and organizing culture initiatives or internal events.
- Experience building workflow automations with AI, no-code tools, or automation platforms.
- Fluency in English and German.
- A reliable, detail-oriented process builder who takes initiative and enjoys creating a welcoming workplace.
