Telehealth Nurse Practitioner – Remote | WA NP License + WA Medicaid Required Apply Today to earn $600–$720 per day providing fully remote telehealth care from anywhere in the U.S. Role Snapshot Role: Telehealth Nurse Practitioner Location/Type: U.S. • Fully Remote Pay: $600–$720 daily earning potential Employment: 1099 contractor Schedule: Minimum 24 hours per week Travel/On-call: None Required: Active Washington Nurse Practitioner license + registered/enrolled with Washington Medicaid. What You’ll Do Conduct Comprehensive Health Assessments through telehealth Review medical history, medications, and preventive care needs Document HCC (risk adjustment) findings accurately Close HEDIS (quality measure) care gaps Use ICD-10 and CPT II codes for documentation Deliver clear care plans and follow-up guidance Complete documentation on time Must-Haves Active Nurse Practitioner license in Washington Registered or enrolled with Washington Medicaid 1+ year Family Medicine or Internal Medicine experience Experience caring for Medicare and Medicaid populations Familiarity with HEDIS and risk adjustment workflows Available at least 24 hours per week Nice to Have Additional active state NP licenses Value-based care experience Annual Wellness Visit experience HCC risk adjustment documentation experience Perks & Pay Pay: $600–$720 daily earning potential 1099 contractor flexibility Work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. No commute, travel, or on-call Consistent visit flow and structured workflows Schedule & Setup Minimum 24 hours per week Weekday daytime availability preferred Thursday and Friday availability especially helpful Fully remote telehealth care Impact & Growth Your work expands access to preventive care.
