Responsibilities Position Summary: The Office Coordinator provides clerical and general support to the assigned department. The Office Coordinator promotes the effective flow of information and manages office services in a manner that positively supports hospital operations in a manner that is consistent with the philosophy and objectives of Lakeside Behavioral Health System. Experience: Minimum of two year's administrative experience preferably in a behavioral health care setting, Prefer knowledge of office organization, time management and problem-solving skills; diplomacy, flexibility and telephone etiquette; excellant business skills and familiarity with business formats and principles for correspondence and files. Collaborate well with others. Basic math skills; excellant typing skills; attention to detail. Advanced computer skills required. Licensure/Certification: not required Knowledge: Prefer knowledge of crisis intervention and risk assessment, psychiatric diagnoses symptomology, basic chemical dependency, age specific growth and development and crisis and behavior management.
