Site Execution: Supervise and coordinate daily mechanical installation activities (piping, HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, and equipment installation) in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements. Technical Coordination: Coordinate with the Site Supervisor, subcontractors, civil and electrical disciplines, and QA/QC to resolve site technical issues, clashes, and interface problems. Field Inspection: Conduct site inspections and verify routing, alignment, supports, materials, and workmanship to confirm installations meet approved requirements. Safety & Quality Compliance: Ensure all site activities comply with project HSE requirements, QA/QC procedures, approved ITPs, drawings, specifications, and applicable engineering standards (ASME, ASHRAE, NFPA, or as specified). Witness and support pressure testing, flushing, and pre-commissioning activities. Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements, and raise RFIs where needed. Monitor daily progress against the schedule and report delays, risks, and material or manpower needs. Prepare daily and weekly site reports and maintain inspection and test records. Conduct site inspections to verify dimensions, levels, materials, and workmanship against approved requirements. Ensure all site activities comply with project HSE requirements and safety regulations. Implement QA/QC procedures and verify adherence to approved ITPs, drawings, specifications, and engineering standards. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues on site. Prepare and submit detailed inspection reports, punch lists, and non‑conformance documentation. Monitor progress and quality of work to identify and mitigate potential risks. Support project planning by providing accurate field data and feedback. Assist in the review and approval of material submittals and shop drawings. Participate in project meetings and provide technical input on mechanical aspects. Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and compliance documentation. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 2 years of experience in contracting, construction, and industrial projects. Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration. Good working knowledge of mechanical drawings, P&IDs, specifications, ITPs, and QA/QC procedures. Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office; exposure to scheduling tools is an advantage. Strong communication and coordination skills; English required, Arabic an advantage. Valid Saudi driving license preferred.
