The Supply Chain Data Management Manager will own the quality, governance, and reporting of supply chain data for the entire SRG Holding Group. This role ensures master data is accurate, standardized, and consistent across all subsidiaries, enabling reliable procurement, inventory, and logistics decisions while providing actionable insights for cost savings and supplier rationalization. Lead supply chain master data management across the Group, covering material/item, vendor, catalog, and pricing data. Develop and enforce data governance policies, standards, naming conventions, and approval workflows. Standardize item and vendor data structures across subsidiaries to enable Group‑wide visibility and consolidated spend analysis. Monitor data quality through regular audits, cleansing, and deduplication, and drive corrective action with data owners. Collaborate with IT and ERP teams on system configuration, data migration, integrations, and enhancements related to supply chain modules. Build and maintain dashboards and reports on spend, inventory, supplier performance, and procurement KPIs. Provide data insights to support sourcing strategy, cost savings, and supplier rationalization. Manage master data requests from subsidiaries, ensuring accurate and timely processing. Lead, develop, and mentor the data management team. Train end users across the Group on data standards and system usage. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, with significant exposure to master data management or supply chain analytics. Proven track record in establishing data governance frameworks and improving data quality. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data migration projects. Strong analytical and reporting skills; proficient with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, both written and spoken. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop cross‑functional teams. Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities. Detail‑oriented with a proactive problem‑solving mindset. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multi‑subsidiary environment.
