This on-site position combines analytical expertise and commercial strategy to help maximize hotel revenue and performance. Based at the iconic Hilton San Francisco Union Square, you'll work alongside a high-performing revenue team at the largest hotel on the West Coast while gaining exposure to multiple properties and markets. Shift Pattern: Mondays to Fridays, morning shifts, Office closed over most major holidays. This is an on-site position. “Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.” Here's what you'll do during a typical day: This position supports the development and execution of revenue management tools and reporting while optimizing room rates, occupancy, and overall profitability for multiple Hilton Hotels in the Bay Area. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining and creating custom tools/reports, monitoring demand and market trends, analyzing performance data, preparing forecasts, and assisting with pricing decisions across all segments. The role collaborates closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to align revenue plans with overall hotel goals, while ensuring accurate reporting and adherence to Hilton policies. The Assistant Revenue Manager also participates in regular performance reviews, contributes to budgeting and planning processes, and helps identify opportunities to improve revenue processes and systems. Contribute to commercial meetings: Participate in and help facilitate discussions on booking trends, pricing strategies, and revenue opportunities Qualifications Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support data-driven decisions. Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills and a basic knowledge of VBA/coding is a requirement. Previous experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or a related field is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Hospitality Management, Data Analytics or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience is preferred. Knowledge of revenue management principles and practices, with experience in pricing, demand forecasting, and inventory control is a plus. Understanding of revenue recognition concepts and basic finance, including familiarity with hotel key performance metrics. Foundational accounting skills, with accuracy in reporting and reconciliation of revenue-related data. Experience with Hilton Managed systems is an advantage. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
