Flexible Spending Account Dependent Care Reimbursement Account 401(k) with company match Company provided group life insurance and AD&D Company provided short-term disability coverage Optional long-term disability coverage Optional Cancer Insurance and Extended Illness Insurance Employee Referral Bonuses Purpose & Scope: This role is responsible for performing maintenance and repair on all plastic injection molding machinery and equipment including robots, chillers, thermolators and hot running systems. Essential Duties May Include: Repairing, troubleshooting, and inspecting all mechanical, electrical, electro-mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment Performing preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance on machines and robots according to specifications Regularly checking heater bands, rings and pulling screws / barrels Safely utilizing the proper equipment to access jobs to both remove and install parts Requirements Five plus (5+) years of previous experience repairing, troubleshooting, and inspecting all mechanical, electrical, electro-mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment related to injection molding machinery. Performing preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance on machines and robots according to specifications Regularly checking heater bands, rings and pulling screws / barrels Safely utilizing the proper equipment to access jobs to both remove and install parts
