With the support and input of the SVP F&B, and VPs and Directors F&B, drive and coordinate F&B marketing initiatives across operating and pipeline hotels. Support hotels in the execution of brand-aligned F&B marketing strategies, activations, and guest engagement programs that contribute to revenue growth and commercial performance. Ensure awareness of global F&B marketing trends and best practices. Coordinate F&B activity as point-of-contact for designated operating hotels and facilitate collaboration between hotels and corporate teams. Main Responsibilities include: Live the Brand and F&B Strategic Vision for the benefit of our guests, colleagues and owners. Coordinate Hotel Support for F&B matters for ROW hotels. Liaise with hotels on day-to-day F&B operations, marketing initiatives and performance analysis. Support implementation of F&B marketing strategies, campaigns and promotional calendars. Coordinate hotel activations, events and guest engagement programs. Support social media, digital marketing and loyalty initiatives in partnership with Brand and Marketing teams. Benchmark trends, share best practices and support portfolio-wide marketing initiatives. Track campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue and guest engagement. Support F&B marketing readiness for hotel openings and renovations. Maintain relationships with owners, investors, asset managers and hospitality advisors. Represent the Brand at global events and industry groups. 2-3 years F&B, Hospitality Marketing or Commercial experience Exposure to F&B marketing, activations and guest engagement practices Hotel School, Marketing or Business qualification Inspiring and Motivating Leadership Creative & Collaborative Results Driven Organized Strong Communication Skills Project Management Commercial & Financial Acumen Analytical and Data Driven Stakeholder Management Innovative Diplomatic & Influential
