As a Flash Boot Loader Software Engineer, you will lead the development and implementation of advanced bootloader solutions for automotive ECUs. Your key responsibilities include: Bootloader Development: Lead the end-to-end development of Flash Bootloaders (FBL) using ETAS RTA-FBL or similar AUTOSAR-compliant stacks. Security Integration: Implement security features and configure Hardware Security Modules (HSM) and Secure Boot, Secure Flash mechanisms to protect ECU firmware from tampering. Diagnostics: Design and implement UDS (ISO 14229) services at the Application layer level for ECUs with the available Autosar stack, ensuring robust communication over CAN-FD and Automotive Ethernet. Platform Integration: Configure and integrate MCAL layers (NXP S32K3xx, Renesas RH850) and handle low-level driver integration for transceivers (TCAN1145) and SBCs via SPI. Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and lead cross-functional teams (Architecture, Testing, and Hardware) to deliver ASPICE-compliant software. Validation & Debugging: Perform advanced system-level debugging using Multi-GHS, Lauterbach Trace32 and validate communication protocols using Vector CANoe/CANalyzer. Customer Interaction: Interact with Project teams/OEM's for Requirement clarifications, Field Issue analysis and debugging. B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech 4 to 8 Years
