Your responsibilities will include aiding in the training and growth of the entire kitchen team. We appreciate diverse experience, but specifically, we are looking for candidates who have: Experience in a kitchen / cooking role within a busy hospitality environment Experience leading and developing a kitchen team Ability to understand, interpret and explain key kitchen financial performance indicators including cost of goods, stock variances and wastage Certificate in commercial cookery or equivalent experience Solid understanding of food safety procedures Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Click the "I'm Interested" button to express your interest in joining our team!
