The role involves day-to-day tasks related to ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer accounts, providing excellent customer service, and effective communication Customer Service Representatives and Customer Service skills Proficiency in French B2-C1 Grads and Dropouts only Flexibility with European time zone. Flexibility with Rotational shifts Previous experience in a similar role is a plus Benefits Competitive Salary (33K Net) + Achievable KPIS/Allowances/Incentives Granted KPIS first 3 months Transportation is provided both ways (Door to Door for ladies) Social and medical insurance is provided First 3 months are Fully Granted Healthiest work environment (Great place to work certified)
