Description: The Assistant Deli Manager is a key leadership role, responsible for supporting the Deli Manager in all aspects of deli operations. Responsibilities: Assist in the daily operation of the deli, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Supervise and train deli staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Oversee food preparation, adhering to strict food safety and sanitation guidelines. Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking products. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively. Assist in sales initiatives, contributing to the achievement of sales targets. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the deli, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment. Utilize computer literacy.
