Dabei umfasst Ihr Aufgabengebiet: In der Rolle als Sales Representative Aktive Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung des eigenen Verkaufsgebiets in der Region Nordostdeutschland – Schleswig-Holstein / Mecklenburg-Vorpommern Beratung und Betreuung von Endkunden, Handelspartnern und relevanten Niederlassungen zu 3M Lösungen im Bereich Autoreparatur-Systeme Aufbau, Pflege und strategische Weiterentwicklung langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen Identifikation neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten durch strukturierte Gebiets-, Kunden- und Potenzialanalysen Planung und Umsetzung vertrieblicher Maßnahmen zur Erreichung der Marketing- und Verkaufsziele Zusammenarbeit mit Anwendungstechnikern, Partnern der Lackindustrie und internen Schnittstellen zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung von Kundenprojekten Schulung relevanter Distributionspartner zu 3M Produkten, Lösungen und Anwendungen Aktives Opportunity- und Pipeline-Management inklusive Salesforce-Pflege sowie regelmäßiges Reporting an den Sales Manager Das sind Ihre Kompetenzen Die Mindestqualifikationen dieser Rolle umfassen: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fahrzeuglackierer oder in einem vergleichbaren lacktechnischen Beruf, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Meisterqualifikation oder vergleichbare Weiterbildung Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung im Lackier-, Karosserie- oder Autoreparaturumfeld; erste Vertriebserfahrung im Automotive Aftermarket ist von Vorteil Gute Markt-, Produkt- und Wettbewerbskenntnisse sowie Verständnis für relevante Strukturen und Trends im Autoreparaturmarkt Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Präsentations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten Fähigkeit, langfristige Kundenbeziehungen aufzubauen, zu pflegen und weiterzuentwickeln Strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise mit gutem Organisationsvermögen Analytische Fähigkeiten zur Bewertung von Kundenpotenzialen, Marktchancen und Vertriebsaktivitäte Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Reisebereitschaft im Verkaufsgebiet Diese weiteren Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil: Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Handelspartnern, Werkstattnetzwerken oder relevanten Partnern im Automotive Aftermarket Kenntnisse in der Planung und Umsetzung vertrieblicher Maßnahmen Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Produktschulungen, Trainings oder Kundenworkshops Gute EDV-Kenntnisse, idealerweise Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen wie Salesforce Stellenbezogene Informationen: Diese Position ist als Vollzeitstelle ausgeschrieben. Der Mitarbeitende sollte idealerweise im Verkaufsgebiet wohnen, vorzugsweise Raum Lübeck / Schwerin oder angrenzende Region.
