Reimagine What’s Possible Helium Business Development Sales – Job Duties 1. Business Development & Customer Acquisition Identify and develop new helium business opportunities across semiconductor, electronics, healthcare, research, and industrial sectors. Build and maintain relationships with key customers and strategic partners. Drive sales growth through long-term contracts, spot opportunities, and strategic account development. 2. Commercial Strategy & Negotiation Lead commercial discussions on volume commitments, delivery models, MTOP agreements, and long-term supply contracts. Develop market-based pricing strategies while aligning with global pricing policies. Support tender participation, contract negotiations, and business expansion initiatives. 3. Project & Opportunity Management Identify customer requirements for specialty gases, helium, rare gases, calibration gases, and related products. Track research projects, laboratory expansions, equipment installations, and funding opportunities. Manage sales opportunities from lead generation through contract execution. Maintain accurate customer and opportunity records in CRM systems. 4. Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis Monitor helium market trends, supply-demand dynamics, pricing movements, and competitive activities. Evaluate market opportunities and provide strategic recommendations to management. Prepare business cases, forecasts, and profitability analyses. 5. Customer Relationship Management Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers. Conduct regular customer visits and communications to understand business needs and market dynamics. Monitor customer consumption trends and develop retention and growth plans. Manage key accounts to improve customer satisfaction and contract renewal rates. 6. Cross-functional Collaboration Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service teams. Resolve customer complaints and business issues in a timely manner. Ensure rapid response to customer requirements and effective issue closure. Support key projects, tenders, and strategic initiatives. JOB REQUIREMENTS Entry level position with minimum 2 years sales experience 4 year degree from accredited university preferred, 2 year associates degree or tech school graduate acceptable Technical and application background on welding, analyzer application, or sales experience in industrial or Special gas is preferred Ability to make 5-8 sales calls per day in a fast paced environment; Ability to work independently with excellent communication skills Must be a creative, organized, proactive self-starter to develop, plan, win support, and implement sales strategy with limited guidance. Ability to achieve goals through individual who are using sales skill with persuasiveness, tact, logic and personal traits. Requires strong diplomacy, conflict resolution, consensus building, and interpersonal skills to work including negotiation, team work, experience and strength Through knowledge of market study, practices, tools, concepts and techniques. Strong written and oral presentation skills, including spoken and written fluency in Chinese and English Good PC and internet skills Driving skill is preferred.
