Reimagine What’s Possible Descripción: apoyo a las actividades administrativas y operativas de ventas y cobranzas de clientes del Sector Público Medicinal para asegurar la correcta ejecución de los procedimientos y el cumplimiento de las metas establecidas por la empresa. Responsabilidades: Gestionar la documentación, presentación, control y archivo de facturas del sector público medicinal. Apoyar a los ejecutivos comerciales en coordinaciones, documentación y gestiones de cobranza con clientes medicinales. Controlar el consumo de órdenes de compra de hospitales. Archivar y controlar comunicaciones sobre cobranzas, cilindros, cartas fianza y contratos. Realizar otras funciones asignadas por el área. Cumplir las funciones del cargo y los objetivos corporativos. Seguridad, Calidad, Medio Ambiente y Salud Ocupacional: cumplir los estándares SHEQ y las normas ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 37001 y BPM aplicables. Requisitos: Formación: Egresados de Estudios profesionales en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Economía u otras carreras afines. No se requiere experiencia previa. Deseable experiencia en prácticas pre – profesionales. Manejo de Office: Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel deseable a nivel intermedio/avanzado. Disponibilidad para trabajar de lunes a viernes de 8.00 – 17.00 hrs. Deseable manejo de SAP. “En Air Products no distinguimos personas con habilidades especiales.
