Job description 1. Ensure shipments of materials on time and efficiently with good quality. 2. Responsible to manage and analyze all inbound quality. 3. Logistics trade arrangement in cooperation with various stakeholders incl. ASML HQ and engineer, 3PL, 4PL and forwarder etc. 4. Ensure 3PL operation process to be completed timely and correctly. 5. Streamline workflows and optimize way of work. 6. Support all related 3PL projects and co-work with 3PL team. 7. Join CSCM related projects. Experience 8. 3 to 5 years’ hands on experience of 3PL management and international trade in a global operation. 9. Experience in quality control in manufacturing company preferred. 10. SAP or similar ERP. Personal skill s This position requires someone that is highly organized, communicates information professionally and follows up in a clear and timely manner with strong written and verbal Japanese and English communication skills. TOEIC > 700 in the last 1 year. Strong computer skills (MS office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) He/She must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with positive attitude. Also shall be proactive, responsible, results driven, problem solution oriented, and flexible to the change of the business.
