· Build/maintain/strengthen relationship with key on trade accounts, Wholesalers, and distributor. · Drive Distributors Sales Team achieve Sales Targets · Motivating and driving the distributor sales team to focus on our portfolio - by driving engagement. · Drive distribution of the Bacardi portfolio through the distributors and sales channels based on brand strategies · Achieve budget sales targets · Execute visibility of our brands in the on trade · Responsible for working closely with key customers to drive performance. · Implement agreed IAP (Integrated Activity Plan) including channel strategy with & without Distributor · Execute brand promotions/activations · Event management – planning, execution, and evaluation · A&P management Manage Partnership contracts - Generate volume through pouring contracts Build and maintain relationships with key on trade customers · Actively secure new customers for the BM portfolio of brands across assigned channels · Responsible for coordinating merchandising and deployment of Point of Sale Material (POSM) · Communication of competitor activities · Drive excellent execution of AVQPAP in channel through the distributor LEADERSHIP AGILITY At Bacardi we care deeply about finding brilliant talent who can bring the following personal attributes to help elevate our 3Fs: Fearless, Family, Founder culture to the next level.
