Maintaining the physical conditions of the building and ensure that the building has adequate heating, lightings and ventilation etc and that they are in good working condition 2. General maintenance and repair works such as, painting, patching walls, plumbing facilities, aircon servicing, and electrical switches and other fixtures and equipment to ensure smooth operations 3. Perform routine preventive maintenance program 4. Check and inspect the building's machinery and equipment 5.
