About the Job Office Location: 25, Ubi Road 4, #05-01, UBIX, Singapore 408621 Job Description Responsibilities Product management, product delivery, platform operations, system integrations, cybersecurity, governance, compliance, and the continuous enhancement of solutions, applying AI to sharpen capabilities or unlock value Identify and engage the appropriate subject matter experts from cross function team to understand and solve complex issues and/or meet requirements Comply with compliance, governance, and internal audit requirements for the digital products under your purview, such as Architecture Review Board reviews, security scanning. Develop a strong operations mindset and attitude to maximise availability and performance of the digital products under your purview Manage and collaborate with application maintenance and support (AMS) vendors in fulfilling the operational objectives of availability and performance Manage critical application and cybersecurity incidents along with appointed AMS vendor(s) and infrastructure teams Requirements – Bachelor’s degree in information technology-related disciplines (e.g. Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems) Candidates with two or more years of relevant experience or fresh graduates with strong internship, project, or AI-related experience. Knowledge of UI/UX principles, user journey design, usability testing, and digital adoption practices Strong technical aptitude with exposure to cloud technologies, including Kubernetes, DevOps, cloud platforms, system integrations, APIs, and modern application architectures. Familiarity with Agentic AI solutions from either Western or Eastern ecosystems such as OpenAI Codex, Microsoft CoWork and Copilot Studio, Anthropic Claude Code, Kimi Code, GLM ZCode or Qwen Qoder. Proactive, excellent team player, strong communications and problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
