We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Health team serving the beautiful Oregon Coast. This is more than a nursing job. Deliver skilled nursing services in accordance with physician orders and agency standards. Monitor patient conditions and coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team. Educate patients, caregivers, and families regarding disease management, medications, treatments, and self-care. Identify changes in patient status and intervene appropriately. Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation. Participate in case conferences and care coordination activities. Promote patient safety, independence, and quality of life. Qualifications Current Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license. Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Current CPR certification or ability to obtain. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance. Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills. Home Health experience preferred but not required.
