Buscamos un Lider de Contabilidad responsable de supervisar y coordinar las actividades contables del grupo, garantizando la integridad, exactitud y puntualidad de la información financiera, al tiempo que se cumplen las políticas contables, los controles internos y los requisitos normativos. Responsabilidades: Supervisar las actividades contables de las empresas asignadas; coordinar y participar activamente en los procesos de cierre contable mensual, trimestral y anual. Revisar y aprobar conciliaciones de cuentas, asientos de diario, provisiones, reclasificaciones y análisis contables. Supervisar el registro adecuado y el control contable de activos fijos, proyectos de capital y activos relacionados con la infraestructura de transporte de gas. Conciliar cuentas y analizar variaciones. Participar en auditorías internas y externas; preparar formularios y papeles de trabajo para los auditores externos. Actuar como punto de escalamiento para problemas contables complejos y brindar soporte técnico al equipo. Identificar oportunidades de automatización, estandarización y mejora continua de procesos. Preparar estados financieros, revisar saldos y transacciones entre compañías (intercompany). Preparar informes trimestrales para la CFE y la CRE y de inversión extranjera para la SE. Colaborar en la atención de solicitudes de información de auditores internos y externos. Brindar apoyo a otras áreas que requieran atención o información del departamento de Finanzas. Asegurar la preparación oportuna de la información requerida para reportes corporativos y regulatorios, según corresponda. Requisitos mínimos Licenciatura en Contabilidad (con cédula profesional). Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en un puesto similar. Dominio de Microsoft Office. Capacidad para analizar e interpretar información financiera. Enfoque de pensamiento sistémico. Requisitos deseables Conocimiento y experiencia previa trabajando con SAP. Nivel intermedio de inglés.
