Job Description: KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Build the capability Establish TRM and TPM including taxonomy, technology categories, standards statuses (approved, contained, retiring, prohibited) and lifecycle data for software and hardware models Implement the TRM Operating Model, aligning with Enterprise Architecture for New Technology Assessment and Introduction (NTA/NTI) processes and materiality. Define data ownership, attestation cycles and quality rules for the product catalogue Partner with platform owners on configuration, content feeds (SAM and HAM content, vendor lifecycle dates) and the capability roadmap Governance and adherence Own the technology standards governance forum and decision rights for introducing, containing and retiring technologies Define and monitor adherence: non-standard usage, end-of-life and end-of-support exposure, exceptions and remediation plans Run the exception and risk acceptance process, with clear escalation to executive governance forums Ensure TRM and TPM controls align to the TALM Standard and support regulatory and audit expectations, including OSFI, OCC and Fed Reserve. Alignment across ETAM Align TRM/TPM and work with other ETAM Senior managers who own APM, the Application Book of Record, CMDB and CSDM, Hardware and Software and asset management, and the Asset Class Enablement function Work with Architecture on standards and target-state direction, while CSDM design remains with the Application Book of Record function Consume KPIs from the Tech Reference Data team and turn them into action with technology owners Support TRM and TPM as an input to the enterprise AI inventory Lead the tea m Hire, develop and lead a team of analysts and specialists Build procedures, RACI, training and communications that drive adoption across the enterprise EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION Required 10+ years in IT asset management, enterprise architecture or technology governance, with 5+ years leading teams Hands-on depth in ServiceNow TPM, TRM and APM, and working knowledge of SAM Pro, HAM Pro, CMDB and CSDM Proven record standing up a governance framework or new platform capability from scratch Experience with technology lifecycle management, standards and exceptions in a regulated environment Strong influence skills with senior technology leaders, and the ability to drive adherence without direct authority Preferred ServiceNow certifications (CIS-APM, CIS-SAM, CIS-HAM, CSA) Financial services experience with OSFI, internal audit or second line of defense Familiarity with ITIL, TOGAF or IT4IT Who We Are: TD is one of the world's leading global financial institutions and is the fifth largest bank in North America by branches/stores.
