About this Role Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Analytics Consultant to join the Client Relationship Group (CRG) Supervision and Governance team. In this role, you will partner with senior consultants and business stakeholders to identify and define business requirements, translate business needs into meaningful analyses, and deliver actionable recommendations. You will leverage data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making, enhance supervisory processes, and drive operational effectiveness. Additionally, you will perform maintenance testing, validation, and optimization of supervisory surveillance tools to ensure their ongoing effectiveness and reliability. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at www.wellsfargojobs.com In this role, you will: Analyze complex business, operational, and financial data to identify trends, generate insights, and support strategic decision-making Develop reports, dashboards, data visualizations, and ad hoc analyses to drive business performance and efficiency Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, solve problems, and implement data-driven solutions Lead or support large-scale projects, providing guidance, mentorship, and subject matter expertise Translate business requirements into analytical approaches and identify relevant data sources across multiple systems Recommend process improvements, operational enhancements, and analytical tools to optimize performance and mitigate risk Ensure compliance with regulatory, risk management, and data governance requirements Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders and senior leaders through clear, actionable insights Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large, complex datasets Experience with Tableau and data visualization tools Working knowledge of Python and/or R for data analysis and reporting Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills Proven ability to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations This position is subject to FINRA background screening requirements.
